Meeting and pickup information
- For travelers who do not require pickup, the meeting point is at the Eshande Safaris office in Masindi. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth check-in and briefing before the tour begins.
- Please be ready at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you're staying in a hotel, our guide will meet you at the reception area. For any special pickup requests or remote locations, kindly contact us in advance to make arrangements.
