Meeting and pickup information
- If not being picked up from Entebbe International Airport, Our professional driver/guide will meet you at your hotel or Cafe of choice (In Kampala City Center - 10KM Radius) at 7:00am on day of tour. Please be sure to share location and notify the reception, so you can be notified upon pickup.
- We will pick you up outside the arrival gate. Our professional driver/guide will be waiting for you with a sign with the lead traveler's name. And will be sure to confirm the booking for security purposes. Our professional guides and drivers arrive at the Airport 1 hour before your scheduled flight arrival time to ensure no delays in pickup. The professional driver/guide will also help you get to a local Sim card store, if you need one. (We often recommend international roaming with your service provider for short trips).
