- At the airport; we shall have a driver hold a placard with the client's name on it just outside the arrivals terminal. At the hotel: we will have the driver meet you in the lobby while holding your name on a placard and in case we can't find the client, we will contact the reception to reach out to you. NOTE: Before we send out the driver to pick up the client, we will contact you and send the driver details including the driver name, telephone number, emergency hotline.
