Meeting and pickup information
- Travelers will be picked up from their hotel in Entebbe and Kampala or from Entebbe International Airport. Please look out for your name on a sign held by our driver/guide at the arrivals terminal. For hotel pickups, please be ready in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to departure. If your hotel or pickup point is outside Entebbe, please contact us in advance to confirm arrangements or possible surcharges.
